You’re being called to follow your highest purpose.

On the outside your life looks fine, but something in you knows you're here to lead, and you're ready to build something you're actually proud of…

I know that feeling well, because I’ve lived it.

I've always felt a deep calling to serve. For a long time, I thought that calling was teaching. I taught English in public schools for ten years, and I loved it. Until one day, I didn't anymore. I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I had more to share with the world. My mission was bigger.

I was doing well by every outside measure. But on the inside, I was growing miserable. Every morning I walked through the school doors I could feel my body seize up and I knew if I didn't leave now, it wouldn’t be long before I got sick.

This is where my story begins.

I quit my job and booked a one-way ticket to Mexico with no plan, just a deep trust that I was being guided towards my next calling.

Those first few months on the road, I rested. I slept a lot. I didn't understand it at the time, but my body was recovering from years inside a 9-5 system.

My cyclical rhythm was never made for that system.

I lived in spiritual communities, held space alongside indigenous wisdom keepers and learnt from embodied leaders all over the world. My "eat, pray, love" era was more meditate, heal, connect. And boy, did I heal. I healed childhood trauma and the shadows that had kept me playing safe and small. I came face to face with every fear standing between me and my higher self. And most importantly…

‍ Signature mentorship WORK LIKE A WOMAN

‍ 1:1mentorship (for men and women)

I learnt to get over myself and use my gifts to help others, even when it felt scary.

I trained as a somatic trauma coach and began working with women on their wombs, their hormones and their ancestral lineage. Eventually I opened my UK practice, supporting women to move through sexual trauma.

And across all of that work, a pattern emerged, so clear I could no longer deny it.

The clients I worked with were breaking cycles of silencing and trauma in their lineage. As they dropped that weight, their focus turned towards freedom and towards living their actual purpose. They began shedding the parts of their lives they'd built just to survive.

They were asking for MORE.

Maybe you are too.

That’s when it clicked.

Healing was never the finish line. It was the portal my leadership was born through.

Most of us were taught to lead by pushing through: ignore the body, override your instincts, and prove your worth by how much you can carry. That works for a while, and then one day it doesn't. I learnt the hard way at those school doors. The leaders I admire most aren't the ones playing it safe, waiting for their turn or scraping by to survive. They're the ones who give and receive in abundance, impacting everyone they meet.

I've seen again and again what happens when someone stops leading from survival mode. They let themselves receive, whether that's support, recognition or wealth, without feeling guilty or like they have to earn it twice over. They step into their authority and own their expertise instead of shrinking it to keep others comfortable. They charge what they're worth, magnetise opportunities before they feel ready, and say yes anyway. And the people around them feel the difference: their teams, their families and their communities.

I've lived this myself. Three years ago, I followed an intuitive nudge and bet on myself with no guarantees. Today that nudge is a sustainable business, and people from all over the world find their way to me. My impact keeps growing in ways I never could have planned, and it all started with trusting my body and choosing to lead.
